This collaborative retreat brings together two complementary approaches to creative and spiritual connection.
Saturday is guided by musical duo Mary Magdalene, honouring the spirit of Eostre—goddess of spring, renewal and awakening. Expect a blend of movement, myth, music, and ritual, culminating in an intimate performance.
Sunday shifts into a quieter, more internal mode, led by Lila Tristram. Through embodied practices, therapeutic inquiry, and creative exercises, we explore how to access flow, soften inner resistance, and reconnect with the natural intelligence of creativity.
