Thanks to all our wonderful friends and familv that contributed to our Crowdfunder campaign. We have managed to raise £5.500 as of 22/03/25. A fabulous start...but still a long way to go!
Our first goal is to raise a further £32,500 for essential rethatching of our property. It will not last another winter so we need to act now!
We are initially looking for charitable help, philanthropists and interest friendly loans. We would even consider a share distribution for potential equity partners.
The total requirement including thatching is £85,000. This will cover the roof, windows, showers and new guest facilities including finishing the two garden huts and completing the swimming pond.
Once this work is completed, Smithy Art Forgery will be a sustainable centre for the arts, culture and wellbeing for many years to come, employing full and part time locals from a vast spectrum of skill sets. Let's make this beautiful project work for us all
