  • A healthy start to the week. Monday afternoons are focused on William the Conqueror’s hunting forest, Savernake. George Medlin will walk and talk you through the birds and bees, fungi, flora and trees. Tuesday mornings are a spiritual stroll with Ivan Brownrigg through ancient Avebury. His tour will include a stone circle meditation and walk to Silbury Hill and West Kennet long barrow. Your retreat host, Guy Shepherd, will then take you on a gentle climb to Wiltshire’s highest point, Milk Hill, to view the Marlborough Downs, Pewsey Vale and distant Salisbury Plain. On this journey he will talk you through the historical locations and mysteries of crop circles. Come wind, rain or shine..
